Position Summary:A JuniorMaîtreDis the warm, friendly face that immediately greets guests at the door, seats guests in a professional and prompt manner, and works closely with our MaîtreD. Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure are essential. Position Requirements: At least 2 years relevant experience in areputablefine dining restaurant. Proficiency on a reservation system such as Open Table or Resy. Professional and polished appearance. Food and wine knowledge. Must be comfortable and skilled at describing menu items when guests inquire. Provide legendary hospitality to our renowned VIPs and regulars. Ability to manage a dynamic reservations book, incorporate guest requests and needs, and think on your feet with creative problem solving. Experience handling high volume service with excellence. Answering inquries over the phone and in person. Position entails standing and walking during entire shift.
